Filter Price List Data According to Levels

Use the Price List Setup option under the Jobs List submodule to filter the data of selected price lists according to levels.

To use Jobs List, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To filter the data of a price list according to levels:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List.
3. Click Further options and select View price list setup.
4. In the Price List Setup dialog box, click the List tab and highlight the price list with the data that you want to filter according to levels.
5. Click the Price List Setup tab and select any of the following filters, as applicable:
   • All: Use this filter to view all levels of price list data.
   • Basic: Use this filter to view all basic price list data.
   • Activity: Use this filter to view all activity price list data.
   • Exceptions: Use this filter to view all exception price list data. This includes data from all source types except Basic Price and Activity Price.
