Delete Saved Filters from Pipeline Activities

Use Pipeline Activity List in the To-Do submodule in the Tasks module to delete saved filters from pipeline activities.

To use Pipeline Activity List, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a saved filter from pipeline activities:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click To-Do > Pipeline Activity List.
3. On the grid toolbar, click Open Activity Filter .
4. In the Pipeline Activity Filter dialog box, use the Last Used Filter drop-down list to select the filter that you want to delete.
5. Click Organize Filters and select Delete Current Filter.
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the saved filter immediately.
6. Click Close .
