Add New Job Type Details

Use the Job Type submodule to add new job type details to selected job types.

To use Job Type in the Dimensions submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new job type detail:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company to which you want to add a new job type detail.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Dimensions > Job Type.
  4. Highlight the job type that you want to add a job type detail to and on the middle grid toolbar, click Add .
  5. You can edit the Index, Subject and Description fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
