Enhancements for Quick Capture with ICR

Quick Capture introduces new features to the camera screen when Intelligent Camera Recognition (ICR) is enabled.

The following features are now available in iOS:

• Auto Capture - When enabled, Auto Capture automatically attempts to capture the receipt by identifying a green overlay on the receipt and taking a picture.
• Backup to Gallery - When enabled, captured receipt images are now backed up to your phone's gallery alongside saving them in Maconomy.

The following features are now available in Android:

• Attach PDF - Select a PDF file stored on your device and attach it to an expense sheet line. This feature is already available in iOS.
• Auto Doc Detect and Crop - Detect and crop documents (such as receipts) in front of the camera.
• Auto Blur Detection - Identifies blurred pictures and prompts you to retry capturing a clearer image.
• Auto Torch (Ambience Detection) - Controls the automatic activation of your device's torch (light) when capturing receipts. If you prefer to manually control the torch, you can easily disable this feature in the settings.
• Handsfree Document- When enabled, photos of your receipts are automatically captured without the need to press the capture button.
• Backup Scans to Photo Gallery - When enabled, you can choose to back up all your scans to your device's camera gallery.

Advanced Filtering for Approvals

Previously, Touch was showing pending approvals for both the employee and employee type. You can now remove pending approvals for the Employee Type or Approval Groups by changing the approval hierarchy setup.
