Cannot Log On if Device Language Was Not Supported

If the language set in your mobile device was not supported, for example, Chinese (Traditional), the Touch application would not allow you to log on.

This defect affected all Touch 3.1 users.

As a workaround, change the language set in the device to any of the following supported languages:
  • Danish
  • Dutch
  • English (UK and US)
  • French (France and Canada)
  • German
  • Italian
  • Norwegian
  • Portuguese (Portugal)
  • Spanish
  • Swedish
