When working with large reports, you can opt to limit the number of rows displayed in the finished report.
To restrict the number of rows displayed in a report:

Go the report workspace you want to use.
Note: If you are currently customizing an unsaved report, proceed to step 4.

In the search filter at the top of the workspace, select
My Reports.

In the search field, type the name of the saved report you need and select it from the dropdown.
Maconomy displays the report on the workspace.

Go to

Click
+ Add row range.

In the
Row Start field, specify the row where you want the finished report to start.

In the
Row Count field, specify the number of rows you want the finished report to display.
Note: At this point, you can already run the report even without saving your changes.

Click
Save.
