Mapping Lines Table

his section describes the fields and actions on the Mapping Lines table in the Vendor Invoice Mappings workspace.

Table Fields

Field	Description
Element Name	This field displays the name of the XML element from the incoming invoice file where Maconomy will pull data from.
Element Type	This field describes the kind of XML object the Element Name represents.
Vendor Invoice Draft Field Name	This field displays the name of the field in the Draft Vendor Invoices workspace where the data will be transferred to from the Element Name.
Search Field	This field specifies whether the field is searchable during document processing or matching.
String Transformation	This field indicates the type of string transformation used to process the field value.
Mapping Name	This field displays the name of the mapping.
Line No.	This field displays the line number. Maconomy sorts the SQL-statements by line number.
Parent Instance Key	This field displays the instance key of the parent.
Vendor INvoice Draft internal Field Name	This field displays the system's internal name of the database field on the current line.
Instance Key	This fields displays the unique identifiable key for the relation.
Transaction Timestamp	This field displays the date and time of the last change.
Path	This field displays the full hierarchal location of the element in the source file.
Has Children	This field indicates whether the element has nested child elements.
