Inbox Entries Fields

This section describes the fields and actions on the Inbox Entries workspace.

Header Fields

Field Description
Description This field displays the title of the XML file received from Pagero.
Inbox Entry Type This field displays the inbox entry type used to process the invoice.

Header Actions

Action Description
+ New Inbox Entry Click this action to manually create an inbox entry.
Click this action to refresh data in the current workspace.

Click this action to display the list view.

Click this action to display the detailed view.

Save Click this action to save changes to the current inbox entry.
Revert Click this action to undo the changes made to the current inbox entry.
Attach Document Click this action to attach a document to the inbox entry.
Close Click this action to close an inbox entry. You cannot modify or delete the inbox entry once it is closed.
Delete Inbox Entry Click this action to delete the inbox entry.
Other Actions
This dropdown list includes the following actions:
  • Read XML File - Select this action to read and extract the data from the attached XML file.
  • Create Draft - Select this action to generate a draft vendor invoice using data extracted from the XML file.
  • Find Mapping - Select this action to search for a mapping to use.
  • Set Fixed Values - Select this action to populate the default or fixed values set for a specific field.
  • Set Inbox Values - Select this action to populate the value mapped from the inbox entry.
  • Set Search Values - Select this action to populate the search values extracted from the XML file.
  • Validate Draft - Select this action to run validation and check for errors.
  • Convert Draft - Select this action to convert your draft invoice to a vendor invoice.
  • Update Status - Select this action to modify the value in the Status field after resolving any invoice-related issues.

Click this action to export the rows from the current table to a spreadsheet.

Maconomy exports the table, and immediately downloads the resulting spreadsheet to your local drive.

Click this action to display the filter row on the current table. You can then enter criteria in any of the filter row fields to display only select table rows.

Click this action to maximize the table view.

Click this action to restore the default display size of the table.

Click this action to open the Customize Columns dialog box.

Card Fields

Field Description
Company This field displays the name of the company specified on the current vendor invoice.
Created This field display the date and time when the inbox entry was created.
Sender This field displays the name of the sender of the document.
Document Archive This field displays the inbox entry key for the attached document in the inbox entry.
Document Name This field contains the XML file received from Pagero, which is attached to the inbox entry.
Document Reference This field contains a reference to a specific document or record within Maconomy.
Status This field displays the status of the inbox entry.
Status Text This field displays the description of the error, if any.

Remarks Fields

Field Description
Remarks 1-5 These fields show the remarks specified on the inbox entry.
