Agreement Revision Date Resets to Agreement Starting Date

Previously, all changes in a compensation agreement included in a gross pay calculation triggered a prior period calculation for the employee dating back to the start date of the agreement. This error is corrected. Only changes to fields that affect the gross pay calculation causes prior period recalculation. In addition, changes to the end date of the compensation agreement only causes prior period recalculation from the last needed recalculation date of the agreement instead of the start date.

Previously, it was possible for a Time Sheet to be approved at submission, even if self-approval is disabled was set to false. This error is corrected.

Defect 1818723

Print Layouts Deleted Without Validation

Maconomy will for convenience remember the selected Print Layout in the Reminder workspace and in the Invoice Workspace. If the setup of these layouts was previously altered, Maconomy would forget the selected layout and require the user to reselect it. This error is corrected.

Issues from before this fix can now be corrected by altering one of the Print Layouts for "Approve Interest Selection" or "Approve Reminders". You must first change one External Layout Name and then change it back.
