Known Issues

This section includes background information and possible workaround on high priority technical issues existing in Deltek Touch for the current release which will be resolved in the future.

Defect 1308017

Overtime Types Display Internal Names on Timesheet and Approvals Screens

When a submitter selects an Overtime type on the Timesheet screen, and the type name includes a space, the Overtime type internal name displays on the timesheet. For example, if an “Not Paid” overtime type is selected, and the submitter exited and reentered the Timesheet screen, the display name changes to not_paid. The same scenario occurs using an approver’s account on the Approvals screen.

This defect affects Deltek Touch for Maconomy users who enabled Exclude Overtime from Balance, and thereby using the new Overtime Control functionality.

Password Reset Prevented When Password Expires Upon PIN/Biometrics Authentication

Users cannot proceed to the Password Expired screen if the password expired upon logging in using PIN or biometrics authentication. This defect affected Deltek Touch for Maconomy users who were using REST.

As a workaround, when you log in using your PIN, do the following steps:
  1. Reset your PIN.
  2. Log in using the expired password to proceed to the Password Expired screen.
When you log in using biometrics, do the following steps:
  1. Cancel fingerprint or face ID authentication
  2. Log in using the expired password to proceed to the Password Expired screen

Defect 1320157

2FA Application Link Displays QR Screen on Touch for Android

When you log in to Touch using the 2FA authentication on your Android device, and tap the two-factor authentication application link, the QR screen displays instead of the Duo Mobile main screen.

This defect affected Deltek Touch for Maconomy Android users who were using the 2FA authentication method to log in. As a workaround, manually obtain the passcode from the Duo Mobile application.

Defect 1320212

Unable to View PDF on Draft Invoice and Job Quote Approvals

On the Approvals screen, users are unable to view attached PDF for draft invoices and job quotes.

This defect affects Deltek Touch users who upgrade to Maconomy 2.5.1 and use the new approval functionality. The issue will be addressed in an upcoming CU for 2.5.1. As a workaround, log out from Touch and log back in. Open the PDF in the first 5 minutes, after you logged in to Touch.

Unable to View PDF on Draft Invoice and Job Quote Approvals

If there is a missing week calendar and you try to log on to Deltek Touch, an error message displays.

This defect affects Deltek Touch for Maconomy users who are using REST. As a workaround, the week calendar should be created in Maconomy.
