Create an Opportunity
Use these steps to enter information about a potential sale.
To create an opportunity:
- Under the CRM menu group, go to Opportunities.
- Click + New Opportunity.
- Enter a description of the new sales opportunity.
- In the Currency field, select the currency from the dropdown list.
- Enter a sales estimate.
- Enter the probability percentage of the new opportunity to result in a sale.
- In the Sales Date & Expected Ending Date fields, click the calendar icons to select dates.
- In the Sales Rep. field, select a sales representative from the dropdown list.
- In the Company field, select a company from the dropdown list.
- In the Country field, select a country from the dropdown list.
- Click Create.
