Once you identify key companies you like to be in business with, you can start recording their initial details in the Contact Companies workspace. Use these steps to add a new contact company.
To create a contact company:

Under the CRM menu group, go to
Contact Companies.

Click
+New Contact Company.

In the New Contact Company dialog box that displays:

Enter a contact company name.

Enter the complete address, including the zip code, postal district, and country.

Enter a phone number.
-
Enter an email address.
-
Select a sales person.
-
Select a company.
-
Click
Create.
Maconomy automatically navigates to the contact company you just created.
