This notification is used to inform the users about recent approval of their absence registrations.

It is triggered when:

• An absence request is approved within the last seven days.

This notification in turn triggers the Approved Absence To-Do.

Recipient

The Approved Absence To-Do is received by the following users:

• The user whom the absence request concerns

Workspace

The Approved Absence To-Do directs the recipient/s to the relevant request in the Absence workspace.
