ApprovalTask

This generic notification is used to inform users about pending approval tasks.

It works for all types of approvals, and is triggered when:

• An approval hierarchy is created.
• A transaction (and/or master data) is created and submitted, or updated and submitted.

This notification in turn triggers the Approval Tasks To-Do.

Recipient

The Approval Tasks To-Do is received by the following users:

• The user defined in the approval hierarchy.

Workspace

The Approval Tasks To-Do directs the recipient/s to the Approvals workspace.
