View Project Retainer Job Information

Use the Job Settings option under the Jobs List submodule or the Settings submodule to view project retainer job information.

To use Jobs List, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To use Settings, you must have access to Jobs as defined in e User Access Rights under Settings.

To view the information of a project retainer job:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List.
3. Highlight the project retainer job whose information you want to view.
4. Take one of the following actions:
   • Click Further options and select View job settings.
   • On the grid toolbar, click Job properties sidebar .
   • On the side toolbar, click Settings.
5. On the side toolbar of the right pane, click Project retainer job to view the information of the selected project retainer job.
