System Variable 1119: Create New Conversation Setting: Allow Adding an Entire Team

Use this System Variable to add all employees of a team to new conversations on jobs, resources (except employees), and other entities in WorkBook. This is useful if you want all employees of a team to have access to new conversations.

Team employees who do not have the required access to resources, jobs, or prospects will still be unable to join the conversations even if you added all employees of that team to those conversations.
