Mileage Types

Use Mileage Types in the Price Lists & Activities submodule in the Settings module to view the list of standard- and client-defined mileage types in your Company. You can create and delete mileage types and mileage rate lists. You can also add and remove mileage types.

To use Mileage Types in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

You can use mileage types in Time & Expense > Mileage to charge your travel or overhead costs when you are traveling on behalf of a client.

Mileage Types provides the following tabs:

• Standard Mileage Types: Displays the list of mileage types in your Company. You can create, delete, and enable the active status of material types.
• Client Defined Mileage Price List: Displays the list of client-specific mileage price lists. You can create and delete client-specific price lists. You can also add and remove mileage types.
