When viewing data on the Resource grid, Vision Navigator defaults to showing information in hours for the selected work breakdown structure's resources. At any time, you can change this view to display the resource information for those hours by currency amounts.
You can use this grid to modify Navigator plans, but Vision plans are view-only. You must use Vision Project Planning to modify a Vision plan.
To switch the resource display from hours to currency amounts, complete the following steps:

On the Vision Navigator Planning Grid header, click
.
The resource options display.

Select one of these options to filter your resource information.
- Resource Hours — Select to display the resource hours.
- Resource Amounts — Select to display the resource hours by currency amounts.
The
Baseline,
JTD,
ETC,
EAC, and
ETC fields update accordingly. The amounts in these fields are automatically rounded and summed so that the ETC amount for the selected work breakdown structure is the sum of the ETC amounts for each resource.
Note: The Calendar Periods on the Resource Assignments Grid Calendar do not update based on the Hours or Currency selections.
