Resource Assignments Grid Procedures
Use the Resource Assignments grid to add or delete resources for a plan.
- Add Resources to the Resource Grid
If your Vision Security role allows access, you can add active resources to the current Navigator plan. - Delete Resources from the Resource Grid
You can delete a resource record from the Resource grid if the resource does not have any job-to-date (JTD) hours. - Change the Resource Grid View
You can view the resource grid information in a calendar view or in a summary view. - Switch Resource Display from Hours to Currency Amounts
When viewing data on the Resource grid, Vision Navigator defaults to showing information in hours for the selected work breakdown structure's resources. At any time, you can change this view to display the resource information for those hours by currency amounts.
