- Submit a Timesheet
You can submit a timesheet for processing at any time prior to the close of the labor period. - Explain a Timesheet Revision
Your system administrator can configure Vision to require you, or the person who approves your timesheet, to enter explanations and reasons for timesheet revisions. They can require an explanation for revisions if the revision occurs after the timesheet was first submitted or if the revision is for a date earlier than the current date. - Acknowledge a Labor Transfer
You may receive an email message or dashboard alert to tell you that you entered timesheet hours incorrectly. When this happens, you can acknowledge the transfer of hours from one project, task, phase, or labor code to another. - Reverse Timesheet Line Items
If you need to correct the project, phase, task, or labor code on a timesheet entry after it was submitted, reverse a line item to create a negative entry for the initial hours on the incorrect record and then enter a new line item with the correct information. - View Timesheet Audit History
You can review audit history for timesheets, to see details about any revisions made. For example, you can see the revision date, the name of the person who made the revision, and the explanation provided.
