Job-to-Date Effective Multiplier

This is the JTD net revenue / JTD direct labor cost.

JTD net revenue = JTD earned revenue - JTD direct expenses cost - JTD direct consultants cost - JTD reimbursable expenses cost - JTD direct reimbursable consultants cost.

Job-to-Date Earned Profit

JTD earned revenue - JTD direct labor cost - JTD overhead cost - Estimated overhead - JTD direct expense cost - JTD reimbursable expense cost - JTD direct consultant cost - JTD reimbursable consultant cost.

Job-to-Date Earned Variance

This amount is the difference between the job-to-date earned revenue and the job-to-date amount billed.

JTD earned revenue variance amount = JTD earned revenue - JTD labor billing - JTD reimbursable expenses billing - JTD direct expenses billing - JTD reimbursable consultants billing - JTD direct consultants billing.

Job-to-Date Earned %Complete
Depending on which budget type you specified for the project plan, this KPI uses one of the following calculations:
  • Cost budget type: (JTD earned revenue / Total compensation) * 100.
  • Billing or Cost and Billing budget type: (JTD earned revenue bill / Total compensation) * 100.
Planned % Complete
Depending on which budget type you specified for the project plan, this KPI uses one of the following calculations:
  • Cost budget type: Planned % Complete at Cost (JTD cost / EAC planned cost ) * 100. Where EAC planned cost = JTD cost + ETC planned cost.
  • Billing or Cost and Billing budget type: Planned % Complete at Billing (JTD billing / EAC planned billing) * 100. Where EAC planned billing = JTD billing + ETC planned billing.
Spent % Complete

Depending on which budget type you specified for the project plan, this KPI uses one of the following calculations:

  • For Cost budget type: Spent % at Cost (JTD spent @ cost / Total compensation) * 100.
  • For Billing or Cost Billing budget type: Spent % Complete at Billing (JTD spent @ billing / Total compensation ) * 100.
Estimate-to-Complete Revenue

This amount is the sum of all planned revenue forecast amounts from the estimate-to-complete (ETC) date through the forecast end date for the project.

The estimate-to-complete date of the revenue forecast is the first day of the period that contains today.

Difference between the Revenue Backlog and Estimate-to-Complete Revenue

This amount is calculated as revenue backlog less estimate-to-complete (ETC) revenue.

This percentage is calculated as (Labor EAC profit amount / Labor contract amount cost ) * 100.

Labor Estimate-at-Completion Variance %

This percentage is calculated as (Labor contract - EAC billing of the Labor Plan / Labor contract amount) * 100.
