Display the Export Dialog Box

You display this dialog box from the Planning Data Export form.

Pre-requisite: You must own the Resource Planning module to access the Planning Data Export utility.

1. In the Navigation pane, select Utilities > Imports & Exports > Planning Data Export.
2. Click the Planning Data link.
3. On the Export Planning Data dialog box, select the projects for which you want to export planning data and select the types of planning data.
4. Click Next.

   If you selected multiple types of planning data, the Export dialog boxes for labor assignments, expenses and consultants, and unit assignments display separately. For example, if you are exporting planning data for labor and unit assignments, the Export Labor Assignments dialog box displays before the Export Unit Assignments dialog box.
