  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

View User Activity (Opt-In Available)

In the User Activity utility in the browser application, you can see the date and time that users logged in and out of Vantagepoint and the applications that they accessed in the browser and desktop applications while logged in.

The utility also tracks when users logged in and out of the Vantagepoint Mobile applications and when integrations with other Deltek and third-party software occurred. The utility does not track the applications that are accessed in Mobile applications or during integration activity.

Prerequisite:

These steps apply if you enabled the User Activity utility in the Opt-In Features grid in Settings > General > Opt-In.

You can choose to opt in to this feature for the Vantagepoint 7.1 release. The ability to opt in is temporary and will be removed when the feature becomes automatically enabled for all Vantagepoint users in a future release. For more information, see Opt-In Feature Overview.

To view user activity:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Utilities > Analysis > User Activity.
  2. On the User Activity form, view the user activity in the User Activity grid.
    The grid displays activity for the last thirty days.
