Contents of the Supporting Document Dialog Box in GL Account Review

Use the fields on this dialog box to view supporting documents attached to a posted transaction.

Fields

The fields at the top of the dialog box display the identifying information for the posted transaction.

Field Description
Date This field displays the date on which the transaction was created.
Description This field displays the description that was entered for the transaction.
Project This field displays the name of the project associated with the transaction.
Phase This field displays the name of the phase associated with the transaction if you use phases.
Task This field displays the name of the task associated with the transaction if you use tasks.
Account This field displays the general ledger account that the transaction was posted with.
Amount This field displays the transaction's monetary amount.

Associated Documents Grid

All the supporting documents that are attached to the posted transaction display individually in a row in the grid.

Field Description
FileName This field displays the filename of the supporting document. Click the name to open and view the supporting document.
Description This field displays the description that was entered for the supporting document.
Print With Invoice If this checkbox is selected for a billable expense and the AP Vouchers and Disbursements option is selected under Print Supporting Documents on the Billing Backup tab of the Billing Terms form, the document is printed along with the invoice.
