Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Revenue Generation Reporting

Use revenue generation reports to view all of the revenue methods that are defined in your database and the data from revenue generation transactions.

In addition, you can generate reports that show data related to revenue generation. For example:

  • To verify the revenue generated from revenue method fields, generate and examine the Office Earnings report.
  • To find solutions to unbilled file reconciliation issues, examine the data on the File Reconciliation report.
