How to Set Up Access Rights
You specify access rights by security role. You can grant or restrict access to reports and favorites, saved options and searches for reports, companies, application tabs, effective dates, and lookups.

For each security role, you can assign access rights to both standard and custom reports. You can grant access to all reports or to individual reports that you specify. - Set Up Access to Favorite Reports
