Display the Items Detail Report

Display the Items Detail report in the Items form or dialog box of the Purchasing application.

To display the Items Detail report:

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Purchasing > Items.
  2. On the Items form, click Other Actions.
  3. Select one of the following options:
    • Print Current Record: Click this option to run and print a report that includes only the item currently selected on the Items form.
    • Print Current Selected Records : The report preview displays. You can then select one of the options in the report preview toolbar to Save, Search & Download, or Print the report.
    • Select Records to Print: Click this option to display Search. On the Search Results grid, select the checkbox for each item that you want included on the report. Next, click either Apply All to add all items or Apply Selected (#) to add a subset of items to the report.
