Labor Plan Charts
For each plan included on the Labor Plan Charts report, bar graphs display that represent planned, actual, or baseline labor hours, cost amounts, or billing amounts.
Project managers can use this report to do the following:
- Compare planned and baseline estimates to actual results
- Identify areas of the plan that may warrant extra effort or more money
- Analyze the accuracy of original forecasts in order to improve future planning efforts

The fields and options displayed in the header area above the tabs on this report are available regardless of the currently selected tab. - Labor Plan Charts Columns & Groups Tab
Use the Columns & Groups tab to organize and group data and to select the columns to display on your report. - Labor Plan Charts Chart Tab
Use the Chart tab to choose the type of chart to be displayed on your report. - Labor Plan Charts Layout Tab
Use the Layout tab of an individual report to choose document formatting properties, fonts, default field formats and other overall properties for reports. You can select defaults for many of the fields via My Preferences to apply specific options that you reuse when running reports. - Columns for Labor Plan Charts
You can select the columns to display on your report.
