Fields and Options
Use the fields and options on the Reporting form and related dialog boxes in Resource Management to set up and generate both project-focused and resource-focused reports.

Use the Reporting form for Resource Management to generate a wide variety of reports to track and manage the project planning and resource planning processes. - Grid Settings Dialog Box for Resource Management Reporting
Use the Grid Settings dialog box to select a field to group by, to select the columns that display on the report, and to change the order of the columns. For a resource report, you can also indicate whether or not you want to include project rows on the report, and for a project report, whether or not to include resource rows. - Custom Search Dialog Box for Resources
If the standard searches for locating and selecting resources (All Resources, All Employees, Generic Resources, Employees I Supervise, Resources in My Organization) are not satisfactory, use the Custom Search dialog box to create a custom search. When you create a custom search, you have the option to save it so you can use it in the future without having to specify the search parameters again. - Change Forecast Range Dialog Box in Resource Management Reporting
Use this dialog box to specify the range of time periods included on the report. If you display calendar periods on the report, the forecast range settings also determine the number of calendar period columns, the length (day, week, or month) of each period, and the starting period. - Save Report Dialog Box
Use the Save Report dialog box to specify the name of a new saved report.
