Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the New Project Search dialog Box

Display this dialog box from +New Search option in the Saved Search control in the Projects hub.

(Optional) Enter the prerequisites here. This should be relatively brief. If you need to write extensive prereq info, create a reference topic for it and combine the topics using a small ditamap. Be sure to keep the first sentence in the <p> element.

To display the New Project Search dialog box:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Hubs > Projects > Project or other Projects hub forms. .
  2. From the Saved Search control at the top of the active hub or application form, click .
    Vantagepoint displays the Saved Searches and Record Selection panes.
  3. On the Saved Searches pane, click +New Search at the bottom of the Saved Searches list.

    Alternatively, in a Project Selection or other type of search field, click on the drop-down list, scroll down and click +New Search or Search.
