  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Spread Planned Billing Dialog Box

Display this dialog box from the Revenue Forecast form in the Projects hub.

You need the Resource Planning module to use revenue forecasting, and you must have project plan modification rights to update revenue forecasts with planned billing values from the project plan.

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Hubs > Projects > Revenue Forecast.
  2. On the Revenue Forecast form, select the project for which you want to spread planning billing amounts and then click Check Out on the Actions bar.
  3. On the Project's work break down structure level for which you want to spread planned billing values into the revenue forecast, hover over or click the plan row, click at the end of the row, and then click Spread Planned Billing.

    This option displays only if the Budget Type on the General tab of the Plan Settings dialog box is set to Billing or Cost and Billing, and if you have edit rights for Revenue Forecast.
