Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Opt-In Features Form

Use the Opt-In Features form to enter various system-wide and company-specific settings.

Field Description
Area This column displays the application area within the software.
Title This column displays the title of the feature.
Description This column displays a brief description about the feature and its impact on the application.
Enabled This column displays the Enabled option, which you can turn on or off depending on your requirements. When turned on, XXX.
Reversible
The Reversible option indicates that if something is reversible:
  • Yes - The option is reversible and will not impact the data if it is turned on or off.
  • No - The option is not reversible and will impact the data if it is turned on or off. Once this feature is enabled, it cannot be disabled. Be sure you have reviewed the help topic for this feature carefully before proceeding. Click No to cancel or Yes to proceed.

If there is ever a serious quality issue with a feature, Deltek could potentially use the Reversible option to roll back a feature. There are only certain features that could be reversible.
