Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Download Electronic Funds Transfer Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to specify the files to download for an electronic funds transfer.

Field Description
Bank This field displays a description of the direct deposit destination bank, as entered on the Banks form in Settings > Cash Management > Banks.
Electronic File Name This field displays the name of the file created by Vantagepoint. This is the filename specified in the Expense File Name field on the NACHA File Format tab of the Banks form in Settings > Cash Management > Banks.
Status

This field displays the status of the file:

  • Download: The file has not yet been downloaded.
  • Downloaded: The file has already been downloaded. You can download the file even if it has been previously downloaded.
Download Click this option to download the selected file.
Close Click this option to close the dialog box without downloading the file.
