Toolbar of the User Activity Form

Use toolbar options on this form in the desktop application to refresh data, send email messages to logged-in users, and disable or enable user logins.

Field Description
Refresh Click this option to update the information on the User Activity grid.
Actions To send an email message to logged-in users for the day, click Actions > Email Logged In Users. By default, logged-in users are included in the BCC field on the Send Email dialog box. You can add other users on the To or CC fields.

To disable logins for all users, click Actions > Disable user logins.

When a user's login is disabled, the user loses access to Vantagepoint and any sessions, including API sessions, associated with that user.

You must disable logins to perform certain maintenance tasks. If all logins are disabled, users with an Admin security role are still able to log on.

To enable logins for all users, click Actions > Enable user logins.
