Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Benefit Hours Details Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to view employees' benefit hours that have been earned and taken, along with the current balance.

Field Description
Employee Name The employee name in the selected record displays in the header or title of the dialog box.
Code This field displays the code, such as sick time, that is entered in the Report Columns grid (in Settings > Accounting > Time Analysis).
Earned This field displays the number of hours of benefit time earned in this payroll period.
Taken This field displays the number of hours of benefit time taken in this period.
YTD Earned This field displays the number of hours of benefit time earned for the year.
YTD Taken This field displays the number of hours of benefit time taken for the year.
Balance This field displays the total number of benefit hours left for the year (YTD Earned less YTD Taken).
