Interactive Billing Form
Use this form to create billing invoices one at a time by project, modify the transactions to be billed on each invoice, update the percentage complete for fee-based projects, and generate and print final invoices.
From this form, you can also:
- Void and delete invoices
- View, print, and download voided invoices
- Create and print credit memos for invoices
- Void and delete credit memos
- View, print, and download voided credit memos
- View, print, and email a project's final accepted invoices, pre-invoices, and credit memos

You display the Interactive Billing form in the Billing application. - Header Fields for the Interactive Billing Form

Use this tab to view and select the expense charges to bill on the next invoice for the selected project. You can also hold, write off, delete, modify, add, or transfer expense charges. - Units Tab of the Interactive Billing Form
Use this tab to view and select the unit charges to bill on the next invoice for the selected project. You can also choose to hold, write off, delete, modify, or transfer unit charges. - Fees Tab of the Interactive Billing Form
Use this tab to update fee amounts and percent complete on a fee-based invoice before you generate the invoice. - Invoice History Tab of the Interactive Billing Form
Use this tab to create credit memos; view, reprint, and email a project's final accepted invoices, pre-invoices, and credit memos; void and delete invoices and credit memos; and cancel pre-invoices. - Draft Preview Tab of the Interactive Billing Form
On this tab you review, and make annotations and comments on, the current PDF of a draft invoice that has been submitted, approved, or rejected. - Annotate Toolbar on the Draft Preview Tab in Interactive Billing
Use this toolbar to mark up a draft invoice with annotations, such as highlighting, circling, and striking through text, and with comments. - Shapes Toolbar on the Draft Preview Tab in Interactive Billing
Use the shapes, lines, and arrows on this toolbar to outline or point to items on a draft invoice. Then enter comments that will display when someone hovers over the shapes, lines, or arrows. - Insert Toolbar on the Draft Preview Tab in Interactive Billing
Use these tools to add signatures, predefined standard or custom comments, files, and callout boxes to a draft invoice.
