  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Hide if ETC Is Zero Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to hide resources or projects with no planned hours in the selected range.

By using this filter, you can simplify the Resource View screen so that it only displays resources and projects with planned hours in the selected forecast range. The checkboxes in the individual drop-down fields are multi-select. Depending on the options you choose, the Resource View toolbar displays Resource, Project, Both, or None.

Field Description
Hide Resources with Range ETC = 0

When you select this checkbox, any resources that have ETC = 0 in the selected forecast range are excluded from the view and are not displayed.

Hide Projects with Range ETC = 0 When you select this checkbox, any projects that have ETC = 0 in the selected forecast range that are not already filtered out by the Project filter are excluded from the view and are not displayed.
