When you close out projects, phases, or tasks, the utility transfers the closed-out information to a WBS element of the same type or to a special completed project, phase, or task number.
Prerequisites: Print a copy of the
Project Progress report for each
project that you plan to close. Back up your
Vantagepoint database.
To close out a project, the project must have the same task structure as the receiving project.

project.
