Combine Records Tab of the Liability Codes Form (Key Conversions)

Use this tab to combine liability codes.

All the data that are associated with the liability codes that are combined using this tab are automatically updated across all applicable applications in Vantagepoint.

Field	Description
Run	Click Run to combine the liability codes entered in the Combine Records grid. Combining liability codes that are associated with different companies is not allowed. Warning: We strongly recommend that a backup copy of your database is created before running the utility because there is no way to undo the process without a backup database.
Schedule	Click Schedule to display the Schedule dialog box where you can configure options to schedule the conversion process of the utility.

Combining Records Grid Column

Field	Description
Existing Liability Code	Select a liability code in the drop-down to be combined into the selected liability code in the New Liability Code column. All the relevant data from the selected liability code in this column is merged into the selected liability code in the New Liability Code column.
Existing Liability Code Name	Displays the liability code name of the selected liability code in the Existing Liability Code column.
New Liability Code	Select the liability code that becomes the new merged liability code. Data from the selected liability code in the Existing Liability Code column is transferred to the selected liability code in this column.
New Liability Code Name	Displays the liability code name of the selected liability code in the New Liability Code column.

Combining Records Grid Options

Field	Description
+ Add Liability Code	Click + Add Liability Code to add a new blank row in the grid. Add more rows to combine other liability codes.
X	Click X at the end or a row to delete the row.
