Combine Records Tab of the Absence Accrual Codes Form (Key Conversions)

Use this tab to combine absence accrual codes.

All the data that are associated with the absence accrual codes that are combined using this tab are automatically updated across all applicable applications in Vantagepoint.

Field	Description
Run	Click Run to combine the absence accrual codes entered in the Combine Records grid. Combining absence accrual codes that are associated with different companies is not allowed. Warning: We strongly recommend that a backup copy of your database is created before running the utility because there is no way to undo the process without a backup database.
Schedule	Click Schedule to display the Schedule dialog box where you can configure options to schedule the conversion process of the utility.

Combining Records Grid Column

Field	Description
Existing Absence Accrual Code	Select an absence accrual code in the drop-down to be combined into the selected absence accrual code in the New Absence Accrual Code column. All the relevant data from the selected absence accrual code in this column is merged into the selected absence accrual code in the New Absence Accrual Code column.
Existing Absence Accrual Code Name	Displays the absence accrual code name of the selected absence accrual code in the Existing Absence Accrual Code column.
New Absence Accrual Code	Select the absence accrual code that becomes the new merged absence accrual code. Data from the selected absence accrual code in the Existing Absence Accrual Code column is transferred to the selected absence accrual code in this column.
New Absence Accrual Code Name	Displays the absence accrual code name of the selected absence accrual code in the New Absence Accrual Code column.

Combining Records Grid Options

Field	Description
+ Add Absence Accrual Code	Click + Add Absence Accrual Code to add a new blank row in the grid. Add more rows to combine other absence accrual codes.
X	Click X at the end or a row to delete the row.
