Use this tab to change the code of an existing withholding code.

| Run

Click
Run to change the codes for the withholding codes entered in the grid.
Warning: We strongly recommend that a backup copy of your database is created before running the utility, because there is no way to undo the process without a backup database.

Click
Schedule to display the Schedule dialog box where you can configure options to schedule the conversion process of the utility.

Change Number Grid Columns
| Field | Description |

| Existing Withholding Code
|
Select a withholding code from the drop-down with the withholding code that needs to be modified.
|
| Existing Withholding Code Name
|
Displays the withholding code name of the selected withholding code in the
Existing Withholding Code column.

| New Withholding Code
|
Enter the new code to be applied for the selected withholding code in the
Existing Withholding Code column.

Change Number Grid Options

| + Add Withholding Code
|
Click
+ Add Withholding Code below the grid to add a blank row in the grid. Use the blank row to select or enter the withholding code information in the respective columns. Add more blank rows to change the codes of more withholding codes.

X at the end or a row to delete the row.
