Use this tab to change the code of an existing tax code.

| Run

Click
Run to change the codes for the tax codes entered in the grid.
Warning: We strongly recommend that a backup copy of your database is created before running the utility, because there is no way to undo the process without a backup database.

| Schedule

Click
Schedule to display the Schedule dialog box where you can configure options to schedule the conversion process of the utility.

Change Number Grid Columns
| Field | Description |

| Existing Tax Code
|
Select a tax code from the drop-down with the tax code that needs to be modified.
|
| Existing Tax Code Name
|
Displays the tax code name of the selected tax code in the
Existing Tax Code column.

| New Tax Code
|
Enter the new code to be applied for the selected tax code in the
Existing Tax Code column.

Change Number Grid Options

| + Add Tax Code
|
Click
+ Add Tax Code below the grid to add a blank row in the grid. Use the blank row to select or enter the tax code information in the respective columns. Add more blank rows to change the codes of more tax codes.

X at the end or a row to delete the row.
