Use this tab to change the number of an existing organization.

| Run

Click
Run to change the number for the organizations entered in the grid.
Warning: We strongly recommend that a backup copy of your database is created before running the utility, because there is no way to undo the process without a backup database.

Click
Schedule to display the Schedule dialog box where you can configure options to schedule the conversion process of the utility.

Change Number Grid Columns
| Field | Description |

| Existing Organization Number
|
Select an organization from the lookup with the organization number that needs to be modified.
|
| Existing Organization Name
|
Displays the organization name of the selected organization in the
Existing Organization Number column.
|
| New Organization Number
|
Enter the new number to be applied for the selected organization in the
Existing Organization Number column.

Change Number Grid Options

| + Add Organization
|
Click
+ Add Organization below the grid to add a blank row in the grid. Use the blank row to select or enter the organization information in the respective columns. Add more blank rows to change the codes of more organizations.

X at the end or a row to delete the row.
