Use this tab to change the code of an existing liability code.

| Run

Click
Run to change the codes for the liability codes entered in the grid.
Warning: We strongly recommend that a backup copy of your database is created before running the utility, because there is no way to undo the process without a backup database.

Click
Schedule to display the Schedule dialog box where you can configure options to schedule the conversion process of the utility.

Change Number Grid Columns
| Field | Description |

| Existing Liability Code
|
Select a liability code from the drop-down with the liability code that needs to be modified.
|
| Existing Liability Code Name
|
Displays the liability name of the selected liability code in the
Existing Liability Code column.

| New Liability Code
|
Enter the new code to be applied for the selected liability code in the
Existing Liability Code column.

Change Number Grid Options

| + Add Liability Code
|
Click
+ Add Liability Code below the grid to add a blank row in the grid. Use the blank row to select or enter the liability code information in the respective columns. Add more blank rows to change the codes of more liability codes.

X at the end or a row to delete the row.
