Change Number Tab of the Discount Codes Form (Key Conversions)

Use this tab to change the code of existing discount code.

Warning: If your company uses an on-premises deployment of Vantagepoint, Deltek strongly recommends that you create a backup copy of your database before running the utility. There is no way to undo this process without a backup database.

If your company has an on-premises deployment of Vantagepoint, your company manages your database backup. If your company has a cloud-based deployment of Vantagepoint, coordinate with Deltek about your database backup.

Change Number Grid Columns

Field	Description
Existing Discount Code	Enter or select a discount code record with the discount code that you want to change.
Existing Discount Code Name	This column displays the discount code name of the selected discount code record in the Existing Discount Code column.
New Discount Code	Enter or select the new code to be applied for the selected discount code in the Existing Discount Code column.

Change Number Grid Options

Field	Description
+ Add Discount Code	Click + Add Discount Code below the grid to add a blank row in the grid. Use the blank row to select or enter the discount code information in the respective columns. Add more blank rows to change the codes of more discount codes.
X	Click X at the end or a row to delete the row.
