Projects

Use the Projects form and other related forms and dialog boxes to enter, view, and edit core management and accounting data for your projects.

The name of the currently selected project displays at the top of the screen. Use the different areas on the Project form to track your project information:
Area Use this to...
Summary Pane Review and maintain key information about the project, such as the project status, stage, win/loss and pursuit details. As you actively pursue a new project, you can track its progress through the pipeline by changing the project stage.
Overview Tab Keep record keeping information about your project, such as the project name and description, associated client location, and key contact people.
Accounting Tab Track key accounting information for your project, such as the charge type, the billing client, the revenue method, and more. You need the Accounting module to use this tab.
Team Tab Create and maintain a list of firms associated with the project on the Firms grid and add employees and external contacts that are involved with the project on the Teams grid.
Dates & Costs Tab View and maintain the key cost and milestone dates for your project.
Activities Tab Track all the communication activities related to the project.
Marketing Campaigns Tab Associate any marketing campaigns that were created in the Marketing Campaigns hub with your project record.
Competition Tab Create a list of other firms that are pursuing the same project.
Proposals Tab Track proposals and project codes that are associated with the project.
Files & Links Tab Upload, view, and store files that are related to the current project record. You can also add urls, email addresses, and links to files and graphics.
