Financials Grid and KPIs: Data and Display Options
Use the options at the top of the Financials tab to select data calculation and display options and to check the publication status of a plan.

Field | Description |

Financial Options | Click this option to set the date used for job-to-date (JTD) and estimate-to-complete (ETC) calculations and to select the types of data that you want to include in the Project Review grid. |
Plan Status | This field displays the publication status of the project's plan:
All planned values that are displayed on the form, or that are used to calculate other values, are from the latest published version of the project plan. Changes to the plan that have not been published are not reflected in Project Review data. |

Cost to indicate whether you want to view billing or cost amounts.
If Enable Reporting at Burdened Rates is Yes on the Labor Options settings form ( ), then Cost/Burden replaces the Cost option. In that case, you can leave Include Overhead cleared on the Options dialog box; Vantagepoint assumes that your budgeted and planned cost amounts include overhead and does not display separate overhead amounts for labor. When you display labor cost or burdened labor cost amounts, some information may not display if your security role does not provide access rights to labor cost rates and amounts and/or to burden rates and amounts. If your enterprise uses multiple currencies, the currency in use is indicated next to the Show option. The project cost currency is always used when viewing plans at cost. A configuration setting that your system administrator selects determines whether project cost currency or billing currency is used when you view plans at billing. |
Click this grid option to display the Grid Settings dialog box and select the columns that you want to display in the grid. You select separate sets of columns for viewing cost data and billing data. |
