Recurring Transactions and QuickBooks Integration

When you use the integration between Vantagepoint and QuickBooks Online, recurring transactions that are entered and posted in Vantagepoint are added to QuickBooks Online.

If you have transactions that occur each accounting period with little or no difference in content (such as journal entries for depreciation), you can create recurring transactions for them in Vantagepoint that will be posted automatically each month.

Warning: After you create a recurring transaction and post the transaction file for it in Vantagepoint, it is important that you do not post the next recurring transaction file for the same transaction until after the previously posted transaction is updated in QuickBooks Online.
