Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Actions Bar for the General Ledger Groups Form

Use the Actions bar to copy or delete general ledger groups.

Actions

Click the buttons on the Actions bar and choose one of the following options:

Field Description
Save This option is available only in Edit Mode. Click this option to save the changes that you made to the record.
Cancel This option is available only in Edit Mode. Click this option to disregard the changes that you made to the record.
Copy Click this option to copy the currently displayed general ledger group. A new form displays with some of the fields populated with the existing general ledger group information. Specify a unique name for the group and edit the remaining fields with the new group's information.
Delete Click this option to delete the general ledger group from the database.
