Search a Previewed Report
After you run a report, you can use a simple or advanced search to locate specific data in the previewed report. You can also export the search results to a comma-separated values (.csv) or Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file format.
For a basic search, use the Find field and Find Next field to quickly locate one or more instances of a specific word or string of characters in the report.
On the Report preview, click the Search & Download icon to display the Search Criteria section. The advanced search enables complex searches where you can locate specific fields or values, including columns and records, within the report data. The advanced search opens a Search Criteria grid in which you can select grid columns, filters, operators, and values to build very specific searches. After you find the exact data that you need, you can work with the data and share it as needed.
Use the Export option when you want to export the advanced search results to either a comma-separated values (.csv) file or Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, and then either print the file or save it to your computer.

Use the advanced search options to search a report that is displayed in the Preview window, based on the fields and search values that you specify in the Search Criteria grid. After completing an advanced search on a previewed report, you can download the results of the search to either an Excel spreadsheet or a comma-separated values (.csv) file. This allows you to open the file and then format the exported data for analysis and to share with other team members.
